Sing a song.
Smile when you don’t feel like it.
Laugh until you cry.
Paint another room.
Keep to your diet today.
Learn something new.
Consistency is what powers our progress & builds the story of who we are.. In whatever direction we choose to go as the list alludes to. The perpetual challenge for each of us is will we do something the second day after being excited on what we did on the first day? And then repeating it over and over until slowly it becomes part of your expanded world?
For the math of life consists totally of number of days tried times the effort your will give towards something that either interests you or is necessary.
Pretty simple when you read it. But very hard to do.
