There is no more forceful act that we can make than that of deciding. It gives birth to action. It signifies a direction although its outcome and benefit are uncertain immediately after your decision is made.
While deciding is an endpoint of thought and analysis, it becomes a catalyst for beginning the next step of action. That is why by not making a decision, all you do is become stuck where you are.
Deciding is actually the more important step than the next action you take. So don’t flounder in indecision. Decisions are sometimes hard but unavoidable, if you want to move past where you are today.
