How many times do we do this each day? When something is not right.
When something doesn’t work. When I’ve told someone about the problem and it still exists even though they know about it.
What I now realize is trying to fix things, important to a process, can rarely be fixed by telling someone to either fix it or to “get it right”.
It is much easier to find an alternate way, an alternate thing, or an alternate possibility to move forward. Too much energy is spent complaining when it would be much easier to try something different in order to succeed.
