How difficult it must be to say I love you, both in actions and in words, that we must be reminded how important it is for us to share this with those that are special in our lives.
Insane isn’t it?
Uncontrollable desire for the friendship, acceptance, and respect of our significant other reduced to a day, a meal, a box of candy, or a night out.
Don’t make the mistake of celebrating only Valentine’s day.
Celebrate your spouse, your friend, the love of your life with your daily actions, your strong commitment, and your daily interest in being a part of their lives the other 364 days of the year. No scorecards or comparisons please.
Make them feel important, worthy, and respected. Make love more than a physical desire that starts with a passionate kiss. All of the time. Unannounced. In little ways. In thoughtful ways. Bringing a smile to their hearts and a warmth to their soul that only true love can provide.
Every second. Minute. Hour. Day. Week. Month. Year. Uncontrollably for a lifetime.
Our lives are fueled by love. It’s just that after the first date, we tend to take it for granted. Never make that mistake.
The good part is that it can begin again today on Valentine’s day. A day that was meant to remind us how important it is for each of us to show the most important other person in our lives that we care.
Enjoy. Surprise and be surprised. It helps to make all of our days fun. For both of us.
